You must be a current customer to attend an accreditation workshop. Each pre-conference workshop is a stand-alone workshop. Pre-conference workshops are not included in the Congress registration fee. They are limited in size and pre-registration is required.

✱Facilities that have purchased ACCAccreditation Services are eligible to send one representative to a specific accreditation workshop at no charge. ACC reserves the right to change the date and time of any workshop and is not liable for any expenses incurred by the registrants due to such changes. If any changes are made, all registrants will be informed.

Registration Name Badge Policy
Conference name badges must be worn at all times to gain entrance into the pre-conference workshops, educational sessions, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions. Security will not allow entry without a name badge. If you lose your badge, please see the registration staff to obtain a new badge.

Lost Badge Policy
We will be happy to replace your lost name badge. Please see the staff at the Conference Registration/Information desk for help.

Attendees Only Event

Admission to all workshops, sessions and receptions is for registered attendees only. Security will not allow entry without a badge.

Guests or children of conference attendees are not permitted to participate in any Congress activities. For younger children, babysitting services may be available through the hotel concierge; please call ahead.

If you desire hotel accommodations, ACC Accreditation Services has arranged a special room rate of $215.00 +applicable taxes per evening at the Red Rock.

Please make your room reservations directly with the hotel by calling 702-797-7625, ask for central reservations and use the code RCISCPC to reserve your room. Reservation must be made prior to September 29th. Reservations made after this date are available based on hotel occupancy at the prevailing selling rate.

There are a limited number of rooms available at this special rate and it will expire on September 29, 2017.

A first night deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm / Check-out time is 11:00 am.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the Congress, you are responsible for calling the hotel directly to cancel your room reservation. The Red Rock has a 72 hour cancellation policy.(Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid the loss of your first night's deposit.) The Red Rock will charge your credit card for being a no-show as well.


  • Registrants may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee
    until September 15, 2017
  • Cancellations received on or after September 16, 2017 are nonrefundable
  • Confirmed registrations are transferable.
  • All cancellations must be received in writing, via email, to cstrader@acc.org
